Korks' menu reflects the seasons and market availability together with some traditional favourites. Our confit of lamb shoulder is legendary, simmered overnight in oil infused with herbs and spices for a beautiful flavour.
Head Chef Ashley Dibb is keen to keep the menu fresh and exciting with the introduction of inspirational new dishes as the seasons change.
Korks support local suppliers wherever possible so we know where our food comes from. John Penny’s herd supply us with award-winning beef and fresh herbs and spices from specialist markets add an Asian influence to our dishes. Our specialist bread is baked by Artisan bakers, Bondgate Bakery.
The Early Bird
Early birds catch the best worms and our Early Bird menu is available Tuesday to Thursday – 6.30pm-7.30pm and Friday/Saturday 6.00pm-7.00pm and offers 2 courses for £19 or 3 courses for £23.
